Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

• Free tracked shipping to the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand — kits ship flat, typically arriving in 7–12 business days.
• Your tracking link is emailed the moment your order is on the move.
• Remote addresses may add a few days — the carrier's page shows the live estimate.

The missing-piece promise

Every kit is covered, forever. If a piece goes missing — lost under the couch, chewed by the dog, missing from the box — email us the piece number and we post a replacement free of charge. No receipts, no photographs, no interrogation.

Returns

• 30 days from delivery, whether the kit is untouched or half-built.
• Email hello@shelfscapes.co for a prepaid return label — postage is on us.
• Refunds are issued in full to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return scanning at the carrier.

Payments & security

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified checkout and never touch our servers. We see only what's needed to fulfil your order: name, email, shipping address, and what you bought.

Privacy

We collect the minimum needed to run the shop — order details for fulfilment and support, retained for accounting. Payment data is held by Stripe, not us. We don't sell or share your information with anyone except the carriers who deliver your order. Email us to have your data deleted; we confirm within 7 days.

Safety

Kits contain small parts and are designed for builders aged 14 and up. LED lighting runs at low voltage from a battery box or USB — no mains wiring, no heat. Craft glue is included; build in a ventilated room and keep it away from small hands and curious pets.
